Remote Support Log-in

To resolve your support issues, our system engineers can remotely access your computer.

How to log on:

  1. The system engineer working on your support ticket will give you a 6-digit pin code over the phone.
     
  2. Once you have input this code into the box to the right, you will need to agree to the notices that may pop up.
     
  3. You will then be asked if our engineer can remotely access your workstation - you must agree in order to proceed. Our engineer will then be able to see your screen and take control of your mouse and keyboard.
     
  4. If you need to speak with our engineer during the session you can use the live chat box which appears on your screen.
     
  5. Once your issue has been resolved press disconnect to end your remote session.
     

NOTE: We will soon be upgrading our Remote Support software.  In order to use the new system you will need to download a small application.  When instructed by an Ashgoal engineer, please click here to download the required software.
